Every year, SAT OleoPalma mills the harvest from over 3,000 hectares planted with up to 5 olive varieties.
Our mill has a production capacity of 3,000,000 kg of oil, stored in 39 stainless steel tanks each kept at a controlled temperature of 25°C.
TASTING PROFILE
Olives are milled at SAT OleoPalma under an integrated production system and always within 24 hours of being picked.
These conditions allow us to offer bottlers an oil with fruity aromas, well-balanced pungency and bitterness, and no organoleptic defects.
