We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we guarantee the exchange or refund of your purchase. Should there be any issue with the product received, it may be returned. If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of return.

Returns will only be accepted if they meet the following requirements:

1. The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered and must retain, as far as possible, its original packaging and labelling.


2. The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was sent, or alternatively in a similar format that ensures the product is returned in the best possible condition.


3. A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package.

Oleopalma S.A.T. shall not assume any liability for delays in the delivery of orders or for undelivered products when this is due to force majeure, understood as unforeseeable events beyond our control, or events which, even if foreseeable, were unavoidable.

No handling or home delivery charges will be applied when the order exceeds the minimum amount stated in each case on the website.

Order cancellation

Oleopalma S.A.T. reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part unilaterally, refunding the amount paid by the customer where applicable, with the exception of any costs incurred during the order process, if relevant. If the goods have already been shipped, the user must accept the complete order. On occasion, in order to verify that a transaction is not fraudulent, Oleopalma S.A.T. may request that you provide additional information or supplementary details. Refusal to provide this information will prevent Oleopalma S.A.T. from carrying out the necessary checks regarding the authenticity of the order. In such cases, Oleopalma S.A.T. shall have the right to cancel or void the order on grounds of fraud.

If a product arrives damaged

We recommend checking your order at the time of delivery by the carrier, and noting any issues on the delivery note before signing. Please contact us at info@oleopalma.com within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the order, clearly stating the problem or reason for the return. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without prior notification. Oleopalma S.A.T. will send you a replacement product or refund the corresponding amount.

If the package contents are incorrect

If one or more products received do not match your order, we will send you the correct products or refund the corresponding amount. Oleopalma S.A.T. will cover any additional shipping costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with. Please contact us at info@oleopalma.com within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the order, clearly stating the problem or reason for the return. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without prior notification.

If I am not satisfied

If for any reason other than those above you are not satisfied, you may return a product. In this case, once the goods have been received in their original packaging and in perfect condition, we will process a refund for the corresponding amount. The shipping costs for the initial delivery and subsequent collection will be borne by the customer.
